The Crown and Thistle in Abingdon, Oxfordshire is one of my favourite venues to photograph weddings in Oxfordshire. The weddings that I get to photograph there are lovely and simple and all about the people and having a good time. They are quite simply just lovely chilled weddings. And being central in Abingdon you also have the choice of some lovely locations when it comes to the part of the day when I take a wander with the bride and groom to capture some (semi)staged portraits.

Vicky and Joe’s wedding at the Crown and Thistle, Abingdon ticked all the boxes. Their day was simply brilliant and what a gorgeous couple too. It was certainly a highlight for my year to have the pleasure of photographing their wedding day.
