The Tythe barn in Bicester is a beautiful venue set in the Oxfordshire countryside. And a great venue for any wedding day! On this occasion it was the host for Jade and David’s :)
I initially met with Jade and David at their home in Standlake, Oxfordshire - which I try do with most of my couples. Being my first visit to The Tythe Barn in Bicester I was well pleased when they decided to book me for their Wedding.
The whole day took place at The Tythe Barn with the bridal preparations taking place close by in The Nook. A lovely little outbuilding with perfect consideration given to the preparation of the bride - specific hooks and shelving in place to hang the dress/veil, a space for shoes and the bouquet!
The weather on the day was perfect and therefore the ceremony was able to take place outside in the lovely gardens. Also allowing for the bridal procession to make their way from the Nook to the ceremony area via the overhanging Wysteria walkway.
An original and fun touch to the wedding breakfast meant that a few select guests had to earn their food and take part in the carving and serving of the meal, and of course dressed accordingly :) The speeches followed the wedding breakfast beginning with a funny and emotional speech from the mother of the bride.
It was an amazing day and lots of fun had by all.
Below are just a few of my favourite photographs from their wedding day!
Thank you, Dale.
