Intimate Oxford Wedding | Alice & Bradley
Alice and Bradley chose to celebrate their wedding with an intimate ceremony in the heart of Oxford, surrounded by their closest family and friends. Their day began at the beautiful Oxford Register Office, where they exchanged vows in a relaxed and joyful atmosphere.
Alice and Bradley’s intimate wedding in the heart of Oxford, was an amazing day and they were simply perfect to work with and get to know. The day started at the Oxford Registry Office where I have photographed many times in the Dexter Room.
After the ceremony, we gathered everyone on the registry office steps for confetti and a handful of family photographs. With the formal photographs complete, we set off on foot into Oxford’s historic city centre, making the most of the fresh, spring-like weather that provided soft light and comfortable temperatures throughout the afternoon.
Our walk through the city offered countless opportunities for natural, romantic portraits. We stopped along the iconic Broad Street, before creating timeless images outside the magnificent Bodleian Library and the instantly recognisable Radcliffe Camera. The historic architecture and charming Oxford streets provided the perfect backdrop for photographs that felt both elegant and personal.
From there, we continued to the peaceful surroundings of University Parks, where the fresh spring greenery and blossom added a softer, more natural feel to the collection of images. As the afternoon drew to a close, we finished our photography coverage at the beautiful Old Parsonage Hotel, a quintessential Oxford venue that provided the perfect setting to round off a wonderfully relaxed wedding day.
Alice and Bradley’s celebration was a wonderful reminder that intimate weddings can be every bit as meaningful and memorable, allowing plenty of time to enjoy the company of loved ones while exploring some of Oxford’s most iconic locations.
