One of the greatest joys of being a wedding photographer in Oxfordshire is getting to document celebrations set against the beauty of Oxford University’s historic colleges. Each one has its own unique charm, and Lefteris and Gemma’s wedding was the perfect example of how fantastic these venues can be.

Their day began with the bridal preparations and a wedding ceremony at the stunning Magdalen College — a place steeped in history, with its grand architecture and beautiful gardens offering countless opportunity for photographs. After the wedding ceremony in the stunning Magdalen Chapel had finished there was confetti to be thrown, family photographs and definitely plenty of bride and groom couple portraits around Magdalen College before heading off to the Lady Margaret Hall, where friends and family gathered for a joyful reception and an unforgettable evening of laughter, dancing, and love.

It was such a pleasure to capture every moment of their day — from the quiet anticipation in the morning to the lively party that closed the night — all set within the beautiful backdrop of Oxford’s most iconic buildings.
